Meet Hannah

Over time, I became increasingly interested in understanding not just what was happening in these situations, but why. Why do conversations become difficult? Why do people feel unable to speak openly? Why do small issues sometimes escalate into much bigger problems? Alongside my work in social care, I developed a strong interest in more holistic approaches to wellbeing, reflection, and mindset. I went on to complete a diploma in coaching and mindfulness coaching, and further training in: Reiki Colour therapy Hypnobirthing Crystal healing Trauma awareness These experiences deepened my understanding of how people think, feel, and respond — particularly under pressure. The Wildlight GROWTH framework © was created as a way to bring these insights together into something practical. A tool that could be used in real situations — not just theory. It provides a simple, structured way to: navigate difficult conversations respond to feedback and complaints reflect more clearly build and repair trust take meaningful, intentional action At its core, it supports people to move from reaction to reflection — and from uncertainty to clarity. My approach brings together two important elements: - lived experience in social care - a reflective, holistic understanding of people and communication My work is grounded in both real-world experience and a strong focus on emotional intelligence — understanding how people think, feel and respond, particularly under pressure. This combination allows me to support individuals and teams in a way that is: - practical and grounded - thoughtful and considered - realistic for busy environments I believe that when communication improves, everything improves. Workplaces become calmer. Relationships become stronger. People feel more confident and supported. And that doesn’t just stay at work — it carries into everyday life.
I’ve spent over 24 years working in social care, across a range of roles and responsibilities, including the running of an SME.
During that time, I saw first-hand the complexity of the work — the pressure, the pace, and the responsibility that comes with supporting others, as well as the financial constraints. More than anything, I noticed something that sat beneath almost every challenge: communication — and the impact when it breaks down.
I saw how a lack of clarity, misunderstanding, or unspoken tension could affect not only outcomes, but people — how they felt at work, how they interacted with others, and how they carried that into their lives beyond it.
